Carlotta is a Sr Partnerships Manager @ Shopify, a keynote speaker and a vocal advocate to see more women thrive in tech and leadership roles. When she's not working on exciting partnership strategies, Carlotta is a mentor for women's and social mobility networks, a career coach, a startup NED and a visiting professor at the University of Sussex. Carlotta also started an initiative called Too Ambitious (too-ambitious.com) aimed at celebrating ambition for positive change and has spoken on stages like TEDx, OneTechWorld, WomenXImpact and Reframe Women in Tech Conference.
