Connor joined Mondelez on the Sales Graduate scheme in 2019. However, his passion for creativity lead to a move into marketing in 2022. Since this move Connor has leveraged his x-functional experience to deliver some of Cadbury UK’s most important initiatives, the most recent being Cadbury’s 200th Anniversary campaign. Cadbury, along with many other brands, are exploring the opportunities AI offers & Connor’s exploration of new technologies is helping to influence Cadbury UK’s strategic approach.
