He is currently a Senior Manager & Head of UX, leading the Digital Commerce design team at Victorinox make significant changes in their technology and customer experience – the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife – and is an established international speaker, with a strong desire to pay it forward by sharing and evangelising the benefits of "a better UX".
