Igor Smelyansky was born in Ukraine, where he was raised and moved to the USA at the age of 20. There he graduated The George Washington Law School and Georgetown University MBA Program (Cum Laude) and had worked for KPMG, Boston Consulting Group, Lockheed Martin among others. From 2016 Igor is heading Ukrposhta, Ukraine\s National post and had increased its revenue 3+ times, leading it through transformation. Ukrposhta was recognized as the Best Postal Operator in the World in 2022, and got the bronze at EMS Performance Award 2023 for the quality of delivery services.
