Lily is a Chief Product Officer with more than 15 years of experience working in tech. She currently leads the product, data and engineering teams at BBC Maestro, an online learning platform created in collaboration with BBC Studios. Before landing at BBC Maestro, Lily launched the TechRadar.com website, delivered personalised recommendations for BT Vision at TheFilter, worked as Head of Innovation at GoCompare, and led as Head of Product & Growth at Bower Collective. She is a strong advocate for learning and community – she started ProductTank in Bristol and went on to become co-host of The Product Experience, a podcast for product people. Lily is passionate about building high-performing teams that are empowered to make a strong impact.
