Mark Walker is Unilever’s Global Omnichannel lead. As a key member of their Global Digital Commerce Centre of Excellent team, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the model across the business, and developing the capability needed for brand and market teams to win in the channel. He has spent 6 years in the business, previously leading on eCommerce across two Global categories, Oral Care and Deodorants, and acting as divisional channel lead for Beauty and Personal Care.
Mark brings over 20 years of real world commercial and channel experience, including 12 years at Tesco where he held a variety of commercial, marketing, and digital roles; 2 years at dunnhumby, leading their eCommerce insight and consulting business, and channel roles at Roche Pharmaceuticals and Mountain Warehouse. His unique combination of retail, consulting and supplier experience makes him a go to expert within Unilever, and the wider CPG industry.
