Stephen Lester is an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with over 20 years of experience in the technology and product development industry. He began his career in software development, working for a successful start-up. As he progressed in his career, he focused on leadership roles in product development and technology management and spent time as a Managing Director of a digital agency. Throughout his career, Stephen has gained extensive experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams in large and complex organisations. He is known for his ability to identify and approach emerging technologies, and for his deep understanding of technical strategy and architecture. Stephen has held senior positions in several organizations, including large corporations & small start-ups where he has successfully developed and delivered products for various industries, including retail, healthcare, finance, and telecommunications.
